NGUYENER is an AI-powered styling platform that recommends products from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. When you click a product link and make a purchase, the transaction occurs between you and the retailer.

This policy covers refunds for NGUYENER's own paid services (Pro subscription). For product purchases, please refer to the retailer's return policy.

NGUYENER Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $8/month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

• Cancellation. When you cancel, your Pro benefits continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• First-month guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Pro within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
• Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.

Products you purchase through links on NGUYENER are sold by third-party retailers. NGUYENER has no control over and assumes no responsibility for:

• Product quality, sizing, or accuracy of product descriptions
• Shipping, delivery, or fulfillment
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased products

For any issues with a product you purchased, please contact the retailer directly. Each retailer has its own return and refund policies, which are available on their website.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect.
