Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 15, 2026
Our commitment
NGUYENER is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all users.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
While we strive to adhere to the AA level of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, we acknowledge that it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform.
Measures we take
NGUYENER takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Include accessibility as part of our development process and design reviews
- Use semantic HTML elements and ARIA attributes where appropriate
- Ensure sufficient color contrast ratios across our interface
- Provide keyboard navigation support throughout the application
- Use meaningful alt text for images and descriptive labels for interactive elements
- Test with screen readers and other assistive technologies
- Maintain a consistent and predictable navigation structure
- Ensure all interactive elements have visible focus indicators
Known limitations
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible. The following are known limitations:
Client-side ML features
Our clothing analysis feature uses machine learning models that run in the browser via WebGPU/WebAssembly. The visual segmentation output may not be fully interpretable by screen readers. We provide text-based alternatives for all ML-generated results.
Swipe interactions
The product recommendation swipe interface is primarily designed for touch and mouse input. Keyboard alternatives (arrow keys, Enter/Backspace) are available, but the experience may differ from the gesture-based interaction.
Third-party content
Product images and descriptions sourced from third-party retailers may not always meet our accessibility standards. We work to supplement these with our own descriptive metadata where possible.
Video content
Some marketing videos may not yet have closed captions or audio descriptions. We are working to add these to all video content.
Assistive technology compatibility
NGUYENER is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows
- TalkBack on Android
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
