2. Description of Service

NGUYENER is a Pokemon card grading application that uses machine learning to provide estimated grades for Pokemon trading cards. The grades provided are estimates and should not be considered as official professional grades from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading service.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Misrepresent AI-generated grades as official professional grades
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the grading algorithms

5. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Grades are AI-generated estimates with approximately 90% accuracy. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any grade provided. Use grades for entertainment and personal reference only.

6. Limitation of Liability

NGUYENER shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on AI-generated grades.
